What are the charges?
You are charged £120.00 for the first hour and then £60 for each additional half hour. Minimum callout charge is one hour.

What if the engineer is unable to repair my computer?
We are yet to see a computer problem that cannot be fixed! But here is our promise! If our engineer cannot repair your computer problem, our NO-FIX-NO-FEE policy means that you will not be charged a penny!

Do you charge for commuting time?
No. You are only charged the time spent by the engineer working on your computer.

How can I pay you?
You can pay by cheque or cash. A receipt will be issued.

Is your work guaranteed?
Our work is fully guaranteed. All components are supplied new and covered by a twelve months warranty. excluding software.

Can I limit the job to one hours' work?
Yes. You can and the engineer will do their best to complete the work required within the hour.
